Casimir Bellamy is the only child of two Ascendance operatives and was raised in Ascendance to become an operative themselves. They are highly trained in combat, stealth, and intelligence collection.

Prior to Abduction
Before they were abducted, Casimir was a full-time Ascendance operative working on a small island between Istres and Boyoma. The spot was famous for dubious traders, pirates, and insurgents like themself. They worked in a tavern on the island in exchange for room and board.
